OXYCUT

A special cut in the material, either through CNC or photocell. It reaches a temperature of 800ºC., cutting preferably alloys of 1020 and 1045. We cut every type of drawing in any shape, from 1/4″ up to 13″.

PLASMA

A special cut in the metal that can be made by means of electricity and compressed air or a mixture of gases (Argon and Mix35). This service can be performed on metals such as: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass and Bronze.
We cut every type of drawing in any shape, from 1/8″ up to 1.1/2″.

SHEARS / GUILLOTINE

Service with special machines Guillotine Shears with Cold Cut Capacity from 13mm up to 3,000 mm long and +/- 1/2″ thick

BENDING

Press / Bender for special bends of up to 3000 mm

WELDING

We use welding for TIG, MIG and Electric. Each of these types is used for a certain finishing on the material. We can say that flexibility is the main feature in the MIG/MAG process, since it enables us to weld low-alloy steels, stainless steels and aluminum, as thick as 0.5mm, in every welding position.

MIG/MAG is a welding process compatible with every environmental protection requirement.
